every face was inverted, half of one house is inaccessible, textures are a disaster i used my own properly formated ones. faces arent labeled just says line and cylinder. of the 3 houses 2 are usable after i corrected some of geometry issues. id pass on this unless your a moderate to pro blender and substance painter user and want the hassle of fixing it
