Every 3D model is PBR game-ready for VR - AR and games with UE4 project, and ready for Architectural visualizations with Lumion 10 project.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

• PBR made base on original example in real scale ready to use.
• PBR Materials in different variation
• Aged Old, Light Wood, Green Wood, Painted Wood, Varnished, Tileable your choise, ... etc. ,

All my 3d models are originally created in Maya and Arnold renderer.

• Files units are centimeters and all models are accurately scaled to represent real-life object's dimensions.
• All models come as a single editable mesh or poly object, properly named and positioned in the center of coordinate system.
• The mesh is low-poly, allows you to easily build up the additional details, edit geometry.
• All Render & Turntable was rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 4

3D Model = 2 Versions:

• PBR Unique material ready to use
• Tileable: You can asign your own tileable textures, model with separate materials with real world scale proper UVs texel density.
• With Tileable textures for correct depiction of wood veins textures use UV projection.

UE4 including Master material with different variations of Instances, you can easy adjust parameters as UVs tilling, color, roughness, normal map intensity, and change other texture maps from different materials etc.
