It would have been nice to have the entire model, assembled in 1 separate file.
There are SEVERAL duplicate modules in the .fbx files.
Also, the .obj files do not import into 2023 3dsmax.
Did not receive a satisfactory model.

Detailed 3d models, with PBR textures, easy to use in modern game engines, real-time or ray -tracing renderers.
This is a collection containing a large modular warehouse with a matching ladder and chimney. There is also a large blast furnace.
These models are optimized for game applications, 3 LOD versions are included. Textures size is 2048 only ladder has 1024 texture.
