Description
This Collection of parking lots are a great addition to any urban environment, shopping center, compound, facility, etc. The each parking lot is in a different style, diaganol, large, and medium. The can also be added togeother to make even large parking lots. The meshes are lowpoly with 8K and 4K PBT texture options for more control.
This Includes:
The meshes(Parking lot, Curbs, Street Lamps)
8K and 4K PBR Textures (Albedo, Roughness, Metallic, Normal, Height)
The meshes are UV Unwrapped with vertex colors for easy retexturing.

Nicely textured models that imported into Blender 3.6.2 with no problems using the provided Blender import file. Minor issues: (1) Not real world scaled so had to re-scale them and (2) No Ambient Occlusion (AO) texture maps provided. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the license provisions. These models were easily adapted for TRS22. I exported these models into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS22) and they looked exactly as they should and were trouble free. I am pleased with the overall quality and appearance of these models, except for the issues mentioned, and recommend them to others, especially those who need content for computer games and simulations!
