Also included 2 archives: PBR_maps for PBR shading, and nonPBR_maps for 3ds max and Corona Render/ Vray.

All objects, materials, and textures are named appropriately. All formats have been tested and work correctly.

Non-overlapping UVs.

4K textures. Included PBR and non-PBR textures.

Model does not include any background or scenes used in preview images.

No special plugin needed.
