• Textures provided in 8bit & 16 bit Normal png. 4096 & 2048 resolutions and optimized jpg for GLB. Naming consistent for hot-swapping
• Material IDs for each material type so they can be easily swapped out with your own if required.
• UV's unwrapped and non overlapping for all objects. Plants and pears have UV Channel 2 for occlusion (non-overlapping), overlapping UV's on Channel 1 (atlas)
• Real world units and has accurate measurements so that 3D people can be placed on chairs and relative items to human heights and sizes
