These Destroyers are high quality models that will enhance detail and realism to your rendering projects. These models have a fully textured design that allows for close-up renders, and was modeled in 3ds Max 2013 and rendered with default scanline. It includes a lot of detail on weather decks. Many features are animateable including rudders, propellers, radar antennas, guns, missile launchers, missiles, hanger doors, and others. All textures and materials are included and UVW mapped in most formats. Water is not included in purchased model. The Kidd class Destroyer was designed for the Iranian Navy in the 1970s. However after the revolution the sale was cancelled by the US.

Once the sale was cancelled the ships were renamed and commissioned into the US Navy. They were very much like the Spruance but had some basic differences. The Kidd Class Destroyer was in service until the mid 2000s. It carried the same or very similar weapons systems as the Spruance Class.
