The chair measures approximately 26.5wide x 23 deep x 41.25high and the arm height is 25.25 high. The chair has the Ethan Allen item number and name on the frame. This furniture comes from a non-smoking home and is in excellent condition with the exception of a scratch on the end of one armrest. The seat fabric is clean and room ready, however the seat is attached with bolts and the upholstery can be replaced if you prefer. The chair is very sturdy.
