Blend file contains non-applied Subdiv and Mirror modifiers.
Exported file formats contain model with applied modifiers and without (Baby_shoes_low and baby_shoes_high).
The model topology consists mainly of edge loops to easily reduce the number of polygons. Only quads topology. Rendered with Subdiv modifier level 2.
Both shoes use same UV mirrored.

Both shoes polycount without Subdiv -9356 verts, 9224 faces. Subdiv level 2- 148 000 verts.
PBR textures 4096*4096 PNG: Base Color, normal OpenGL, roughness.
