Hello,

Yes, send a request to the Support team and before sending it try to write a readable text with normal punctuation and spelling.

I have no experience with projects but as it was mentioned in this forum already milion times:
client should pay IN ADVANCE (if client has officially chosen you to do the job).
Then CGT store the money.
After project finishing (you and client are both satisfied) then CGT will pay (transfer) the stored money to you.

we compelted the job before any storing of payment . the clinet happy we woked throughout making changes to suit .. im contacting cg trader support team now help the clinet locate the payemnt method
