Same for me, loading infinitely when trying to access anything that requires being logged-in to view.

For several days I have tried to purchased on this website but the cart features don't work. I added two items to my cart and when I click checkout the page just hangs on load.

I have tried Mac Desktop with Chrome and Safari
iPhone with Safari
Windows 10 with Chrome and Binge

I'm pretty sure it isn't me at this point. Any help would be great.

I have gotten a response. This is what they sent.

Thank you for reporting this to us. We apologize for the inconvenience you are currently experiencing with the technical issues on CGTrader.

Our team is trying to identify what's causing the issue in order to resolve it as soon as possible. We understand the importance of this matter and are doing everything we can to resolve it as quickly as we can.

We would appreciate if you could provide us with more detailed information about the bug. Please answer the following questions:

Did you receive an error message or code of some kind?
What device and operating system are you using?
Which region are you located in?
Do you have any screenshots or videos of the browser screen that you can share with us?

Could you send us a screenshot of your console view? This would help us immensely.

These are the steps that you should take in order to take a screenshot of the console view:

Have chrome open
Open up browser developer tools with Shift + CTRL + J on WIndows or Cmd-Option-J on a Mac
(Alternatively, right-click the mouse on the page, click on inspect, then choose the Console tab and send us the full page under the console section)
In there, open the ‘Console’ tab
Refresh or navigate to the problematic page
Try to make the developer tools window big enough so that all the information is visible
Wait until no more log entries appear
Make a screenshot, such as this one. (photo can't be uploaded copy and paste the gyazo link to view it) https://gyazo.com/b7dcabc67e036209f5815a1752887483
Providing as much detail as possible will greatly assist our team in identifying and resolving the issue.

For anyone having trouble who can't wait for the fix, just use a VPN and choose a European location. Doing that worked for me.

Yep I finally got my cart to load after two days, paid, payment went through. Now i can't download my files. The page just keeps churning, Frustrating
