Can't see nor reply to inbox messages dince a couple of days ago.

I received a question on one of my models and I have been replying normally a couple of times and without problems... until a couple of days ago, now I just can't access the inbox messages as it keeps loading forever and doesn't show anything.
I already deleted cache and history but still can't access the messages area so I haven't been able to reply to the customer for a couple of days.

How can I solve this?

Yeah I received a reply from a user that I sent a message too and I haven't been able to respond.
It's a pretty important message that I need to reply too.

I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge on two different computers and a cell phone.
I can see the message in the drop down but I can not load any message to reply.

I'm really hoping this gets resolved soon because I could have a deal being worked out.
