Paperwork Has Been Done: The Best Staples 3D Printable Models

It was a very exciting autumn. We introduced an exclusive challenge for the designers of our community. Staples 3D Printing Challenge was a superb experience for 3D artists and us as well. Authors had a chance to create models for the MCor Iris 3D printer. We have searched for the best 3D printable model, which could be printed out of paper. And we have found them!

After a while we had a challenge for 3D printable models once again. Staples brought the invaluable opportunity for 3D designers. They could make their models easier to reach for customers - authors must place it in the Staples myEasy3D store. And the best of them could win a designer subscription, which would let to make those models even more visable in the store.

49 designers had uploaded 192 models for this challenge. Some of them were simple objects which were the same like simple 3D printable objects. However, there were a lot of innovative models designed especially for MCor Iris. There were a lot of complex designs, for example - jewelry items. From now on, clients of Staples myEasy3D store can buy even a rocket, if they want to launch something made of paper into the space. Here are the winners - the authors of three best 3D paper-printable models in the world.

The Brain by Felix

CGTrader and Staples congratulate Felix! He made an amazing 3D printable model "The Brain". It is a thoroughly detailed model of brain. lt would be a great visual material for medicine lectures or for those who like phrenology. We do not know if Felix is a zombie or if he just likes brain, but it brought him 1000 euros. Congrats, once again - it is a well done job!

Author of this model gets 1000 EUR in cash and a 12 months free Designer subscription (valued at 900 EUR) at Staples MyEasy3D store and CGTrader's T-shirt.

Sleepy Kitten by Matt Bagshaw

Are you looking for a gift for your kid? Something funny and original? Here you have it - Matt Bagshaw came up with an idea of "Sleepy Kitten". Just let him (or her) sleep calmly... By the way, you can write anything you want on the bottom of this 3D printed model.

Gautama Buddha by Michelangelo
