Medical beds collection. This collection includes (at half price) 4 beds that are also available individually in my store page; please follow the links to see each of them individually, with all the renders and animations that I can't include here:

The models were created using a mid-poly workflow: the poly count is light, but sufficient to give all the surfaces a high definition without the need of using subdivision modifiers, for the purpose of maximizing compatibility across software programs.
Each bed is available in 8 3D formats: 3ds Max - V-Ray, 3ds Max - Arnold, Blender, FBX, OBJ, 3ds, Collada, glTF.
There are 7 texture packages available for different render engines: Arnold, V-Ray, Blender (Cycles, EVEE), Corona, Unreal, Unity, Redshift.
Most functional parts are separated and can be animated, some of which using controllers (see presentation videos for each bed following the above links). The models uses wrinkle maps (included in all texture format packages) to simulate the folds appearing during the deformations of the mattress (see the rendered presentation bending animations to see the effect), that are already set up in both 3ds Max - Vray and Max - Arnold versions as displacement maps that are activated when the controllers that animate the deformations are used.NOTE: please ignore the format classification of the 4 archives; CGTrader requires the classification of each file, but each of the 4 archives contains all the 3D formats and textures of the corresponding model.
