CGTrader has had similar problems in the past. The original artist may not be at fault as it seems, from your description, an issue with CGT's system. But check your credit card again to see if there are any changes, like a chargeback. There have been some instances where the credit card company deemed the purchase as suspicious and put a stop payment. Also, CGT may have something in place that deters people who use stolen credit cards to make purchases, so that may have activated inadvertently. Just to make sure, you did contact support@cgtrader.com , right?
