This model is only partially rigged becuase the armature doesn't completely rotate the model through the model pose but you can through the properties. Also the treads would have to be animated through a baking method to use for anything real-time because I had to use a path for animating treads. The treads only have a forward animation along with the wheels which would have to be animated manually if you wanted to do anything else with it. I have a another tread set seperate from the armature and nurb path set aside in the blender file if you want your own approach for animating or anything else you desire.
