The model was created using a mid-poly workflow: the mesh is light , but was designed with high enough resolution and precision to be suitable both for real-time applications and offline rendering (the presentation images were rendered with Arnold) without the need for subdivision, in order to maximize compatibility between applications. The model uses native 3ds Max tools (wire parameters and path constraint) to animate the pedals, rear wheel and chain with the same controller (see presentation video).
