Currently we are looking for CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER to join our executive management team who will be a highly accomplished marketer with a passion for digital, high-growth businesses and ability to identify compelling and impactful strategies that drive the company’s revenue growth.
The 360 View of Your Challenge:
- Bring strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills to develop marketing strategy aimed at acquiring new clients, increasing loyalty, customer retention and the lifetime value of the customer
- Design a high-performing marketing organization to deliver on our growth goals and strategic marketing plan
- Be responsible for conceiving and implementing successful marketing campaigns from channel, to ad unit, to landing page, to MQL, to lifetime value across all viable channels
- Leverage your quantitative and analytical skills to consistently uncover revenue opportunities, new markets and strategies for efficient lead generation and sales growth
- Evolve and enhance the company’s analytics capabilities by using current tools and implementing new tools that will help identify critical information used to drive business decisions
- Provide leadership to the global marketing organization, while fostering a culture of ownership, high-performance, professional development and integrity
- Lead marketing organization by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, removing bottlenecks, and taking all personnel related decisions
- Lead the strategy and execution of demand generation and lead nurturing programs, with a focus on data-driven decisions and optimizations for generating qualified leads and building the sales pipeline across multiple geographies
- Refine CGTrader ARsenal positioning by monitoring competition, supply and demand
- Partner with the sales team to create programs that directly support sales objectives and goals
- Work cross-functionally with fellow members of the management team, including sales, product and delivery teams in order to foster collaboration
You’ll fit right in if you have...
- 10+ years of experience in leading strategic B2B marketing at high-growth tech companies
- Experience scaling a VC-backed company to over USD 100M+ in revenue
- Established track record in developing B2B marketing strategies with focus on demand generation with measurable results
- Strong track record of strategically partnering with technical, product and sales teams to deliver marketing performance
- Leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Ability to recruit, retain, and develop marketing talent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about customer success and technologies that impact companies and their customers
- Proven ability to analyze reports, dashboards, data and other tools to make critical decisions and recommendations to help lead the company to achieve its objectives and goals
- A hands-on, can-do attitude, and a drive for results-focused performance
- Experience in e-commerce, furniture, home decor, 3D, AR industries would be a bonus
