Customer Success Specialist (internship, unpaid)

We have two core product lines: CGTrader Stock Marketplace which unites over 5M professional 3D designers, and CGTrader Modelry, our end-to-end 3D product visualization platform, that empowers global e-commerce leaders to generate amazing product visuals and AR experiences using 3D models.

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Success Intern who will join our growing team to assist with everyday moderation processes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a quickly growing company and impact the development of the whole 3D ecosystem.

The 360 View of Your Challenge: 

• Assist in moderating user-generated content on our platform to ensure compliance with our community guidelines
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure our products and services meet our client’s expectations
• Monitor and report on potentially fraudulent activities on our platform
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to address customer issues and concerns
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance our customers' experience

You’ll fit right in if you have...

• At least 30 hours/week (min. 3 months)
• Have a good command of English
• You have a keen interest in 3D modeling and computer graphics
• Have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and not afraid to take an initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
