All non-C4D Files offer the full off road package and standard truck package in 2 resolutions.  Low Res is a subdivision of 0, and High Res is a subdivision of 2 that can be injected for a clean close up image with the truck.  Alternatively you can place the low res file into your program and add subdivision or nurbs as it is build most entirely in quads.  The undercarraige and all components on the chassis can be adjusted for animation in a fairly simple fashion with proper positioning and all the pivots are correctely located for ease.
