You can easily use this model in Unity 5 and Unreal Engine 4 game vast. The model is modeled in the lowest poly number possible. It is modeled using the polygon modeling technique. All Texture Maps are ready. There is also Pbr Texture Maps in the Texture folder. The model origin point is where it should be. It comes with Texture Maps attached in the Blender folder. You don't need to add textures afterwards.
