Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Hotel Çelik Palas was built with the instructions of Founder of the Turkish Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, in the year 1935, especially at the place shown by Him, and has gained a historical importance and value as the momento of Atatürk. The pictures of Hotel Çelik Palas, Bursa's first five star thermal hotel, taken at the stage of establishment, display corridors where the historical hotel joins the main building section. To be able to answer the increasing capacity of the market in 1950's by building a new complex attached right next to the historical hotel, the hotel started giving service in 1953 with total 158 rooms capacity
