These aircraft were maneuverable and fast for their day.  The P-35 was further developed into the famous P-40 Warhawk which served all of the allied counties.  The P-35 Hawk was also further marketed to allied countries as the H-75 in three different versions that served with the allied countries.  It was a pair of Curtiss P-35s that shot down the first enemy aircraft at the raid on Pearl Harbor. Just as her brother's, Dream's, realm/domain is known as \"The Dreaming\", Death's realm/domain is known as \"The Sunless Lands\".\nPhysically, Death is also opposite to the traditional western culture personification of death, the Grim Reaper. In The Sandman, Death instead appears as an attractive, pale goth girl dressed in casual clothes — often a black top and jeans. She also wears a silver ankh on a chain around her neck, and has a marking similar to the eye of Horus around her right eye.\nShe is pleasant, down-to-earth, perky, and has been a nurturing figure for both incarnations of Dream. This irony has helped make Death one of the most popular characters from Sandman. Death was named the fifteenth greatest comic book character by Empire.\nAccording to Gaiman, the initial visual design of Death was based on a friend of Dringenberg's named Cinamon Hadley.\nDeath is the only major character whose visuals didn't spring from me; that credit goes to Mike Dringenberg. In my original Sandman outline, I suggested Death look like rock star Nico in 1968, with the perfect cheekbones and perfect face she has on the cover of her Chelsea Girl album. But Mike Dringenberg had his own ideas, so he sent me a drawing based on a woman he knew named Cinamon Hadley.\n— the drawing that was later printed in Sandman 11 — and I looked at it and had the immediate reaction of, \"Wow. Cowboy.\n\nArthur Morgan was born circa 1863 to Beatrice and Lyle Morgan in the northern US.[1] As a child, his mother died of unknown causes, while his father was a petty criminal and outlaw. In 1874, when Arthur was 11 years old, his father was arrested for larceny. Morgan later witnessed his death and, despite a strained relationship with him, also donned his hat and kept a picture of him.[2][3]\n\nAround 1877, Arthur was found as a 'wild delinquent' and picked up off the streets by Dutch van der Linde and Hosea Matthews.[4] Viewing the pair as surrogate father figures, Arthur came to share Dutch's vision of a life lived free from the constraints of civilization and the rule of law. The pair taught him how to read, write, hunt, fight, shoot and ride, becoming their first protégé as well as one of the founding members of the Van der Linde gang.\n\nArthur soon found a pet dog named Copper whom he grew particularly close to and occasionally took baths with him.
