Infill is 100% and I printed at 25-35mm/s speed. PRINT ON A SIDE!\nSet the parameter \"Support Z distance\" (in Cura)  which is the distance from the top/bottom of the support structure to the print a little bit lower so it will act like a stabilizer (they will be glued together a little bit)\nAfter you finish to clean the supports, sand a little bit the clips that connect the parts to each other. Try to assemble them once before you mount them on the headphones. To lock the screws better in the plastic I used a thread lock paste. Take in consideration that the walls of the parts are a little bit thicker to be stronger than the original !!! Unfortunately, items do get damaged or broken on this class of loco. \n\nI had a Class 50 with broken Compressor detailing on the underframe and missing Buffer Steps. Getting spares was near impossible so I decided to design some spares people can download and print.\n\nThese are not 100% accurate but are good representations like Hornby has produced. The compressors on the model can easily be broken if you accidentally touch this area when you pick up the model, I have created a version of this as is and another with a rear support to make it a little more robust. You will need to remove the body from the chassis and glue the replacement in place.\n\nThe Buffer Steps are a fragile item on this model and can easily be broken or lost. I have created a version very similar to the original but slightly stronger for when printed with resin. There are locating pins available but a dab of glue wouldn't go amiss. (If you have broken sprung buffers I would recommend you replace them with Accursascale Class 37 Oval Sprung buffers which are identical to the Class 50's)\n\nThese designs have been designed to be printed on a resin 3d printer.
