Falls er nicht zu deinem Gerät passt, kann ich möglicherweise eine angepasste Version erstellen, da das STL-Modell auf einem parametrischen OpenSCAD-Design basiert.Zweck des Adapters\n\n* * *\n\nDieser Adapter wandelt ein typisches Ein-Schlauch-Monoblock-Klimagerät in ein Zwei-Schlauch-System um.\n\nIm Originalzustand zieht das Gerät Luft aus dem Raum an, nutzt einen Teil davon zur Kühlung des Kondensators und bläst diese anschließend über den Abluftschlauch nach außen. Dadurch entsteht im Raum ein Unterdruck. Infolge dessen strömt warme Außenluft durch Spalten, Türen, Fenster, Lüftungen oder angrenzende Räume wieder in den Raum hinein.\n\nMit dieser Zwei-Schlauch-Modifikation wird die Ansaugluft für den Kondensator von außen über einen zusätzlichen Schlauch zugeführt. Die Luftmenge, die über den Abluftschlauch hinausgeführt wird, wird somit von außen ersetzt. Dadurch wird der Unterdruck deutlich reduziert und verhindert, dass warme Außenluft in den Raum nachströmt.\n\nDas Ergebnis ist eine deutlich effizientere Kühlleistung.Leistungsverbesserung\n\n* * *\n\nIn meinen eigenen Tests lag die Austrittstemperatur der Luft unter 11 °C.\n\nVor dem Umbau konnte ich ein Schlafzimmer bei etwa 35 °C Außentemperatur von rund 32 °C auf etwa 24 °C herunterkühlen. Weiter kam das Gerät kaum.\n\nNach dem Umbau ließ sich die Raumtemperatur deutlich weiter absenken. Ich habe den Test bei etwa 18 °C beendet, da es mir bereits zu kalt war – das Gerät hatte seine minimale Solltemperatur von 16 °C noch nicht einmal erreicht.\n\nNatürlich hängen die Ergebnisse von Raumgröße, Dämmung, Außentemperatur, Sonneneinstrahlung, Schlauchführung, Fensterabdichtung und dem konkreten Klimagerät ab.Effizienz und Energieeinsparung\n\n* * *\n\nDa die Zieltemperatur schneller erreicht wird, kann der Kompressor früher abschalten und läuft im Durchschnitt deutlich seltener.\n\nEin kleines Beispiel:\n\nIn Deutschland kann Strom etwa 0,40 € pro kWh kosten. Das 9000-BTU-Gerät benötigt rund 1 kW, wenn der Kompressor läuft. Ohne Umbau läuft es oft nahezu dauerhaft, da die gewünschte Temperatur schwer erreicht wird.\n\nBei 16 Stunden Laufzeit pro Tag ergeben sich ungefähr:\n\n16 kWh pro Tag × 0,40 € = 6,40 € pro TagEtwa 190–200 € pro Monat\n\nMit der Zwei-Schlauch-Modifikation wird die Zieltemperatur deutlich schneller erreicht. Wenn man z. B. 23 °C einstell, schaltet der Kompressor nach Erreichen dieser Temperatur ab, während der Lüfter weiterläuft. Erst wenn die Temperatur wieder steigt, springt der Kompressor erneut an.\n\nDadurch kann der Energieverbrauch je nach Nutzung und Raum deutlich sinken.\n\nEin weiterer Vorteil: Das Klimagerät saugt keine heiße Außenluft mehr ins Gebäude. Dadurch wird auch verhindert, dass angrenzende Räume ungewollt aufgeheizt werden.Warum das sinnvoll ist\n\n* * *\n\nZwei-Schlauch-Klimageräte sind deutlich effizienter als typische Ein-Schlauch-Geräte, aber in Europa überraschend schwer zu finden und meist deutlich teurer. Das günstigste Modell, das ich mit dieser Möglichkeit gefunden habe, lag bei knapp 400 €, und bei dem musste man die 2-Schlauch Adaption noch für 80€ dazu erwerben.\n\nMit diesem Adapter lässt sich nun ein vergleichsweise wirklich günstiges Monoblock-Gerät zu einem deutlich effizienteren Kühlsystem aufrüsten.\n\nFür etwa 150 € für das Klimagerät plus die Kosten für den Adapterdruck (ca 60€) und einen zusätzlichen Schlauch (20€) erhält man eine wesentlich leistungsfähigere Kühlung.\n\nEin doppelter Gewinn: bessere Kühlung und geringere Stromkosten.Montagemöglichkeiten\n\n* * *\n\nDer Adapter kann auf verschiedene Weise befestigt werden:\n\n* Mit mehreren kleinen Kabelbindern an dem vorhandenen Lochgitter\n  \n* Mit doppelseitigem Schaumstoff-Klebeband\n  \n* Mit kurzen Schrauben (Vorsicht: keine internen Metallteile oder Komponenten beschädigen)\n  \n* Mit extra langen Kabelbindern oder Gurten um das gesamte Gerät\n  \n\nDer Schlauchdurchmesser beträgt 150 mm. Der Schlauch wird auf den Adapter geschraubt oder mit einer Schlauchschelle befestigt.\n\nDies ist die Ansaugseite. Am äußeren Ende des Ansaugschlauchs sollte ein Gitter oder Netz angebracht werden, um zu verhindern, dass Insekten, Blätter oder andere Fremdkörper eingesaugt werden.Enthaltene STL-Teile\n\n* * *\n\n* Ein großer Eckadapter, der beide Ansaugöffnungen der genannten Voltomat-Geräte abdeckt (Ansazugbreich hinten und seitlich)\n  \n* Ein ein einteiliger Ansaugadapter nur für die Rückseite des Geräts. In dieser Konfiguration muss die seitliche Ansaugöffnung verschlossen werden (z. B. mit Karton, Kunststoffplatte oder ähnlichem). Meine Tests basieren auf dieser Konfiguration. Der große Eckadapter ist noch nicht von Craftcloud angekommen – ich werde meine Erfahrungen später ergänzen.\n  \n* Eine geteilte Version des Einzeladapters (zweiteilig), um den Druck auf kleineren 3D-Druckern zu ermöglichen, wie bei mir. Die Teile können anschließend verschraubt werden.\n  \n\nHinweise\n\nBitte sicherstellen, dass der Ansaugschlauch nicht blockiert ist und das Klimagerät weiterhin ausreichend Luft bekommt.
