Here you get now an better version of the ATS 3055. It consists of three single pieces, so you can print and paint them separately for a better result.

It is scaled for a 1:43 Model Car for a ~17" Wheel, but can be scaled of course.

It provides a small space (cylindrical 1mm high and 2 in dia) between Spokes and Tyre, so this is meant for the retaining device (e.g. loop of wire) to prevent the wheel falling off the axle. :-)
