Hey thank you for your interest. While the details are maybe a little bit to small to paint them properly a decent resin printer should is able to print them.
A friend even printed some of those to small - the larger tracked chassis was ~20mm in length. He just primed and washed the mini, so maybe it was not the best looking mini on the table but still ok, compared with a lot of other stuff.
