These are stl files for my Mortal Kombat unmasked Kuai Liang head sculpt meant for action figures.

I recommend printing in resin.

The head is hollowed out so it can fit on action figures but may need sticky tack or something similar

It is sized for the McFarlane Toys MK11 Sub Zero it may need resizing to fit your specific needs.
