The four different types included should cover any printing scenario:

  • Solid: the most flexible one, hollowing and wall thickness set up should be easy to perform in common and free applications as Meshmixer.
  • Shell: completely hollowed model with open windows, prepared to be printed on scales between 1:60 and 1:300 for FFF / FDM, or even smaller on metals.
  • Slabs: internal slabs added upon the Shell model provide additional support when printing at higher scales, the model should be sliced longitudinally as desired and be based on the printing bed with each sliced section placed upside down.
  • Full: supports and columns are added over the Slabs version, the model should better be sliced transversely at every floor level under each slab, this is probably the desired solution for the highest scale models but it is harder to prepare as several parts have to be printed separately for the best result (up to 70+ levels for an equal number of individual prints)

The scale of the model on any STL file is 1:1000. Original maximum sizes: 71.9 m x 60.2 m x 292 m
