Yes but the .3DM didn't work. STL files I have but need to make some changes to the file.

Would it be possible to make some changes to the design (slightly rounded ears) and ring size? Or is it possible to buy the the designs in a format file that we can edit those things?

You can edit stl files used ZBrush (DynaMesh function)

Only thing that didn’t work was the most important one. The 3Dm file didn’t work. I couldn’t download that one. The rest worked fine.
