Prepared to production STL parts and source 3DM file with models of band rings with the hex ISO 7380-1 aka Button Head screws heads.
It's hommage to widely known Cartier's LØVE design. I can say: Why the obsolete slotted head was used when the modern technical generation uses mostly hex or allen keys and screwdrivers? And I'm saying it!
It's third version with the thick but lighweight hollowed shank that is 6mm wide and 1.8mm thick. Maximal thickness in the place where lies the screws head is 2.5mm. All needed sizes and band section are shown on the preview pictures.
Previously published versions of the same design are here:
and here: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/jewelry/rings/band-rings-with-the-hex-bolt-heads-v2
Sizes presented: from 15 to 22mm inner diameter with the step 0.5mm
Parts volumes are:
Bolt head: 19mm^3
Size 15: 375mm^3 Size 15.5: 387mm^3 Size 16: 399mm^3 Size 16.5: 412mm^3 Size 17: 424mm^3 Size 17.5: 436mm^3 Size 18: 448mm^3 Size 18.5: 461mm^3 Size 19: 473mm^3 Size 19.5: 485mm^3 Size 20: 497mm^3 Size 20.5: 510mm^3 Size 21: 522mm^3 Size 21.5: 534mm^3 Size 22: 547mm^3
So estimated weight for sterling silver depends on the ring size and varies from ca. 3.7g for the 15th size to 5.4g for the 22th size. For 14k yellow gold it will be from 5 to 7.3 grams
P.S. I'm sorry for the unneeded duplicated preview pictures. I've added it just for better publishing score. So CGT's rules are guilty :)
