The pearl seats inside the open ring frame on a centered pin/cap mount, creating a suspended sphere effect within the circular boundary.

The descending circle scale — large bail disc to mid disc to small connector disc to large ring frame — creates a strong compositional rhythm across the full 37.55 mm (1.478) pendant height. At 18.07 mm (0.711) width, the narrow vertical profile keeps chain drape clean and prevents pendant rotation. The graduated size contrast between the three solid upper discs and the large open lower ring amplifies the pearl's visual presence at the pendant base.

Mixed stone sizing across the four zones — 1.7mm stones on the upper bail disc, 1.6mm on the mid disc, and 1.3mm distributed across the connector disc and ring frame — creates a natural visual taper that reinforces the graduated scale without requiring different setting techniques.
