This is the cleaned generic version of the trolley supports and with the holes adapted for mounting on the i3 mega.\nIn the images you can see the clone mounted which respects the dimensions of the original E3d version.\n\nIn the videos you can see the e3dv6 generic version running on an Anet. \n\nThe SFEvo needs a spacing from the carriage to let the air out, for this and for the screws already present on the trolley you must use the adapter thickness.\nYou also have to move the endstop of X, to do this print the switch adapter and the piece to be fixed on the carriage, you can see it in one of the images. However, you must have already modified your i3mega in order to have the front part of the trolley free. One of my first modifications does this, if you are interested you can find it among my published models.\nYou can see the X endstop move in the 3th video of fanless version, around min 03:00\n\nIf everything respects the official e3d measurements, the beaks are at a height of 3mm from the bed. In case you need to correct the height of the nozzle (if you use clips to fix bed), there are washer shims for a maximum correction of 2mm.\n\nIt uses one 40mm fan which you can slow down to around 70% and thus is also less noisy (you can use around 100 ohm resistor 1/2 watt). If you use it on the i3mega you don't have to do anything because the fan is already running at a reduced speed.\nAnd use 2 x 30mm fans for cooling the print piece, I normally use 35% for ABS, HIPS and 70-75% for PLA.\nYou have to connect the two fans in parallel (red wire to red and black wire to black). Don't worry any card can handle the load.\n\nM3 screws are used for fixing, 15mm of the screw are inside the SFEvo. The distance between the holes is 53.5mm. For use with generic adapter (pictured) you need 2 M3x20mm screws and two nuts. When used on i3mega with i3mega adapter, there are 2 M3x30-35mm screws.\n\nThe holes for fixing the fans are 2.6mm, perfect to be threaded with M3, you can alternatively use self-tapping screws but I do not recommend it. Extruder Handle","price":3.0,"description":"This will work superb, if you take out the billet that is used behind the ballbearing that supports the filament, heat it up and screw it in while holding it in place. \nSome work is necessary to drill if you dont have the retraction settings correct. My original Creality extruder handle broke off from the bolt that retains the ballbearing. \nIt was sqeeking at first, then it didnt feed the filament, so then i discovered that it was broken after i uninstalled the extruder. Now it extrudes fine, no artifacts etc. \n\nHole for filament is 2mm, but you might have to drill if your settings isnt correct. Some trial and error, fortunately i didnt have any problems. My settings isnt correct for yours, so with some patiences you will make it!\n\nI highly recommend CPE HG100 filament, as this has proven itself to be the most viable filament to hold both strength wise and when you heat up the billet. However PETG and Carbonfiber can also work but i havent tried the latter. \n\nI have also improved the spring retainer on the bottom part, making it 2mm higher than the original part, so it will be a lot tighter fit. NO slippage!\n\nOnly setting i will recommend is using bottom layer as 50, or 100% infill.. I used 50 layers for bottom and worked super!\nEnjoy!\n\n\nPs. I called it SFEvo (Scolopendra Final Evolution). In the images you can see the anycubic clone mounted which respects the dimensions of the original E3d version. This is the brother of the e3dv6 version that I have been using for a while.  In the last two images you can see the SFEvo e3dv6 printing the SFEvo e3dv5. You can find it among my models.\n\nThe SFEvo-v5 can be mounted on the i3mega directly using a specific thickness as the fixing holes correspond. You also have to move the endstop of X, to do this print the switch adapter and the piece to be fixed on the carriage, you can see it in one of the images. However, you must have already modified your i3mega in order to have the front part of the trolley free. One of my first modifications does this, if you are interested you can find it among my published models.\n\nTo use it on other printers you will find 3 adapter thicknesses that allow fixing with different carriage holes. In the images you can see the 8mm version. Among the drawings you will also find the 10 and 12 mm version.\n\nIf everything respects the official measurements, the beaks are at a height of 3mm from the bed. In case you need to correct the height of the nozzle (if you use clips to fix bed), there are washer shims for a maximum correction of 2mm.\n\nIt uses one 40mm fan which you can slow down to around 70% and thus is also less noisy (you can use around 100 ohm resistor 1/2 watt). If you use it on the i3mega you don't have to do anything because the fan is already running at a reduced speed.\nAnd use 2 x 30mm fans for cooling the print piece, I normally use 35% for ABS, HIPS and 70-75% for PLA.\nYou have to connect the two fans in parallel (red wire to red and black wire to black). Don't worry any card can handle the load.\n\nM3 screws are used for fixing, 15mm of the screw are inside the SFEvo. The distance between the holes is 53.5mm. For use with generic adapter (pictured) you need 2 M3x20mm screws and two nuts. When used on i3mega with i3mega adapter, there are 2 M3x30-35mm screws.\n\nThe holes for fixing the fans are 2.6mm, perfect to be threaded with M3, you can alternatively use self-tapping screws but I do not recommend it. By accident and a bit of bad luck the fan blades can break if hit by an object or while changing the filament. It is very important to maintain the cooling function of the fan by replacing the old one with a spare part. The PTFE tube coupler is screwed in a to small hole. This way it taps it own threats. I left the hole to small so you can drill it out to the direct diameter and/or tap the treats you need. I know the lever looks very ugly :-) see photos.
