Technical Specifications & Print Settings

Standard Fit: All components are based on a 20 mm modular diameter.

Tolerances: Threaded joints feature a 0.2 mm clearance per side to ensure a perfect fit straight off the printer.

Optimal Print Orientation: All parts are strictly designed to be printed with the threaded studs (spikes) facing upward. The flat bottom surfaces, featuring integrated chamfers, must rest directly on the print bed to ensure clean geometry and compensate for elephant's foot.

Layer Height: 0.16 mm – 0.2 mm.

Infill: 30–40% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended for structural loads).

Shells: Use 3–4 wall perimeters for maximum structural integrity and clip flexibility.

Material: PETG or ASA is highly recommended for UV resistance and durability.

Safety Warning

3D-printed plastics can be sensitive to extreme leverage. When installing into hard or dry soil, always pre-drill a pilot hole before inserting the ground spike to avoid damaging the threaded joints.
