This object is ready for 3D printing. It was design using centimeters and it has all the specifications for a good printing. You can make modification in any 3D software that you use to adapt the size, or maybe the shape. It can be printed in Makerbot, or if you prefer you can printed on Shapeways if you provide them with the format. If the latest is your preferred choice, you can choose different materials, from plastic to metal and so on, and different colors (they give you a price calculation on the spot). If you are going to 3D print this yourself, make sure to have supporters when 3D printing 8speacilly if you are going to use Makerbot).
