3D Printable Ashtray Cup -- Self-Extinguishing Design 3D print model

This is a two-part self-extinguishing ashtray designed to hold and put out cigarettes without needing manual extinguishing. Its compact cup-shaped form makes it ideal for desks, balconies, or small spaces, with a total height of less than 100 mm. The model is easy to print, assemble, and use.

It was printed using PLA material on a Creality Ender 3 V2 with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Total print time is approximately 9 hours, and the model requires around 78 grams of filament. The design uses a gyroid infill pattern at 5% density, with 0.3 mm layer height for most layers and 0.2 mm for the first layer, ensuring a good balance of speed and surface quality. The model includes a skirt adhesion type for optimal bed stability.

The two parts twist and lock into each other easily without the need for glue or screws.

This design is functional, stylish, and optimized for 3D printing, making it perfect for personal use or as a gift for smokers.
