Ironman Mark 85 Helmet 3D Printable Model with Interior Details 3D print model

ATTACHED IS A LINK DIRECTLY TO THE FILES IN STL FORMAT
Ironman Mark 85 V5 Helmet 3D Printable Model with Interior Details for cosplay. This was modeled using CGI reference for 100% exterior accuracy.
This model includes:
- Mutliple parts
- Built-in decorative motorization
- Lip motorization
- Full inner detail
- Magnet mounts
- Nano detail stencil
- Wiring diagram
- Code
Files are 3D printable and motorization mounts will use M3 screws and M3 heat-set threaded inserts. The magnet size are 10x2 mm.
These 3D helmet and motorization parts have been been test printed before uploading in order everything works. Suggestions are welcome! Please leave a comment and an honest review with your thoughts about the design!

Hi there, just purchased the ironman mark 85 helmet, inside the stl files, the side panel left is missing, and other parts of the motorization are missing too... or do I have to mirror them ? also the lip parts, doesn't make sense.

yes, you just mirror them. There is no missing parts.

Now that I've seen countless videos about this helmet, I've also started the project.
What I haven't found yet (not even in the enclosed files): a list of all the materials required, such as screws, magente, etc.
Btw: great files ;-)

The README file in the v5 version has the magnet sizes, screw widths. The "description" here on CGTrader also has that info :) And on the github link provided for the motorization it has all the materials and some tutorial videos on motorization, but that part's just plug in play and same as any other helmet.

Purchased, printed and all motorization worked out great. i scaled up a lil and all looks Awesome. Co workers are in Awe!

Hi, I purchased this model back in May and am finally getting around to building it. Love things overall, but I have two questions:
1. The cheeks just get glued to the jaw, correct?
2. For the sides…why not have a magnet or two at the very back of the helmet? Mine isn’t held very well back there. Just curious.

Yep, cheeks are glued and welded, and most people just weld/glue the side panel to the dome since it really doesn't have to come off. The magnet holes are just to give you some flexibility on how you make it
