Description

Hans Gerstenkorn – German Engineering presents a 1:43 scale, also known as 7mm scale, model of a generic shunting engine. The model is meant to be remote controlled and battery powered. All chassis and body parts are designed to be 3D-printed, preferably with a resin printer. These locomotives have been built since the 1920 by various companies. They are electric powered with batteries, hence no pantograph and catenary wire is needed. The have been used locally for industrial and works railways. This model locomotive represents a generic standard gauge accumulator locomotive used for shunting. The model conforms to the MOROP NEM (Home - MOROP) norms NEM 110 (32mm gauge), NEM 301 (boundaries), NEM 303 (buffer), NEM 310 (Wheel gauges), NEM 311 (wheel profile for 32 mm gauge) and NEM 362 (coupler mount) and shall therefore be usable on all commercially available Zero Gauge / 7 mm model track systems. Additional parts needed • 2x axle diameter 3mm, length 38mm • 4x bearing ZZMF63 3x6x2.5 mm • N20 geared motor 100-300rpm • 4x 3mm LED, red • 6x 3mm LED, white • 10x resistor for LED (1 – 2.2 Kiloohm) • 2x M3x25 screw • 4x M2x16 screw • 2x M3x12 screw • 6x M3 nut • 2x 1.6x3.0 motor mounting screw • NEM conforming couplers (e. g. Lenz 49010) • RC-Gear (receiver, switch, ESC, Battery) at your discretion • Paint and decals as required • As an alternative to the included bevel gears: 2x bevel gear
