Clone Trooper Pack Backpack Prop Cosplay 3D Printable Star Wars 3D print model

Files for printing a full size backpack prop for clone trooper costuming. The overall size is about 350mm (13.75 in) wide, 425mm (16.75 in) tall, and 180mm (7 in) deep. I have broken up the design into sections that are easy to print and assemble.

There are two versions of the main pack. One has spots for 10mm magnets to hold a canvas cloth in place. The other does not have spots for magnets. Both have slots for 1.5" wide strap installation.

The main pack can be printed in one piece on CR-10 or similar sized printers (300x300x400 print volume). There is also a version with the Main pack split into 4 pieces for smaller printers like the Ender 3 (220x220x250 print volume).

The Pack components are:

• Main Pack
• Side Detail (Left and Right)
• Bottom Bar
• Canister and Cap
• BONUS Storage containers: The files include three storage containers with lids so you can organize the contents of your backpack.

ASSEMBLY: The Main pack has dimples that match each Side Detail piece. The bottom bar has an upraised portion that fits into the bottom of the main pack. The canister has two protrusions that fit into the bottom bar. If you are assembling the pack from smaller prints, it is recommended you weld the inside seams for strength.

PRINTER SETTINGS: No scaling is needed; this model was made to be a life size prop. A layer height of .2mm an any FDM printer is excellent for this size prop. We recommend orienting the pack sections in your slicer, and use supports where necessary.
