Description

The Boeing 737 Next Generation, commonly abbreviated as 737NG, or 737 Next Gen is a narrow-body aircraft powered by two engines and produced by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. The 737-900 was launched in 1997. It retains the MTOW, fuel capacity, trading range for payload and also the exit configuration of the −800, limiting its seat capacity to approximately 177 in a two class and 189 in a high-density, one class layout. The launch customer Alaska Airlines received the delivery on May 15, 2001. The 737-900ER airplanes are long-range derivatives of the 737-900 and -900 with winglets and designed for higher capacity seating. Additional exit doors are installed aft of the wing to provide exit capability for the additional passenger capacity. The 737-900ER and -900ER with winglets are capable of carrying up to 215 passengers with the additional exit doors.

A highly detailed 3D printable model of BOEING 737-900 (including -900ER version) with the designation of doors, windows, air intakes, high-lift devices. Antennas, probes, wheels and flap track fairings are made in separate parts. Model with CFM56-7 series engines with long nozzle.

Good model, well designed and very faithfully replicated, I would like crisper trailing edges but I understand why at this scale the would need to be a bit blunter - besides, in my work as an aeronautical designer and concept artist I am a little fussier than most. I am scaling the nacelle and SS winglet parts up to fit my large EDF that I am converting from MAX to NG
