1:1 print as 1:72 scale model or depending on the 3D printer adjustment ratio,Stl files do not need to be processed, just slice them directly.I made the mold parting for a PLA printer(FDM)(render in blue). A resin-printed version is also available(render in yellow).

Update: Revised STL files are great. I grabbed the entire model for resin and sliced and printed it with FDM. Original: STL file sliced and 3D printed OK. Only one stl file is provided, which requires assembly. (Two images are shown, one of which is full aircraft; that stl was not provided.) One wing not sized quite right (1 mm or so off at the MQ-25 wing hinge joint).
