The Superior Sandpaper Holder Pro V1 is a practical, ergonomic tool for anyone working with sanding and surface finishing — from hobbyists and DIYers to professional craftsmen.

Assembly & Hardware

Balanced Quality and Strength

  • 0.6 mm nozzle, 0.3mm, 30% infill, 2 walls
  • Time: ~30min
  • Material: ~20.22 g PLA
  • Gyroid infill for durability

High Detail

  • 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.08mm, 30% infill, 2 walls @ 0.08 mm layer height
  • Time: ~2 h 17 min
  • Material: ~19.9 g PLA

Lightweight Version

  • 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.16mm 15% infill, 1 wall – ~58min / 17 g PLA
  • 0.6 mm nozzle, 0.30mm 15% infill, 1 wall – ~32 min / 18.7 g PLA
Notes on Layer Height
  • Large layer heights (0.20 mm and above) may reduce quality on steep edges.
  • Safe range: 0.12–0.16 mm for clean, support-free prints.
Material Compatibility
  • Tested: PLA
  • Recommended: PET-G or ABS for higher durability
  • Stronger filaments allow for reduced material usage.
