Exact Size for Scorpion R1 Helmet Chin mount.

Model was made with a 3D scanned Scorpion R1 helmet to ensure proper adhesion.

Double Sided 3M VHB is recommended for attaching the mount to the helmet, make sure that the helmet has been cleaned with alcohol and the 3d printed mount is smooth and not rough (NO SHINY FILAMENT).

DON'T USE PLA unless short term. Also don't use any shiny filament due to less adhesion with VHB.

Doesn't matter how good you attach it to the helmet, ALWAYS USE A SAFETY WIRE.

Side notes:This model was made to be better than current mounts available today. not only that but the model was made to ensure that the adhesive pad has a 100% contact area with the helmet which was done by scanning the helmet.
