Technical Details
Petrol Cap Assembly• Consists of three STL parts:– Petrol cap top– Petrol cap inner– Hinge piece• The hinge piece attaches to the inner cap using a screw.• Recommended screw size: approximately 4.8 mm diameter × 9.5 mm blunt screw (or closest available equivalent).• Glue could be used, but a screw provides better durability.
Printing Notes
• Print orientation image included in the download package.• Only the petrol cap inner piece requires a small amount of support.• The outer cap includes a built-in breakaway support that snaps off after printing.
Door Lock
• Simple single-part print.• Installation requires a replacement screw (size reference provided in images).
Keys
• Four different key variations included:– Solid key style– Keyring-ready style– Versions with or without a lock-in tag
