Realistic Star Wars DC-15s Side Arm Blaster

Realistic Star Wars DC-15s Side Arm Blaster 3D print model

Description

To call this large would be putting it mildly. This is one of my largest weapons I've ever modeled to print the receiver you will require either to cut up the receiver or have a 18+ bed. As with my DL-16' it is made of several parts that assemble together it also requires some piping to allow for movement of the stock (yes it is designed to work) everything is keyed but will require a 3/4 inch (26.67MM) PVC pipe for the barrel connection this cuts down on weight and material used. The Grips can be printed seperate should you wish to make them out of something like rubber or as part of the model. The gun also requires two wires placed into the end cap forsights" I make these using small gage wire wrapped together then covered in shrink wrap. How you do this step is up to you as such they are not included in the model due to their fragile nature.

From Tip to tip this gun is 682.478MM long. This is created 1:1 scale replica based on the EP1-3 of Star Wars. It is 501st spec and likely will outshine any you see, I spent more then 25 hours modeling and revamping until it reached the point you see here. Extra functions. The clip is designed to house two neodymium magnets and two (8MM diameter) in the receiver to allow you to remove and mount the clip.

The stock system is designed to be held together with pipes or rods One 13MM diameter for the main stock and a 7.5MM diameter 65MM long bolt (I recommend using a nylon bolt) for the second half of the stock.
