Here is my replica Red zeo ranger power sword made for a friend, its been printed and was easy to assemble and very sturdy when assembled in PLA.

It is as close to screen accurate as possible with the images available to me and scaled as accurately as possible too. I've included images of the original sword in the show for comparison and images of this model when printed and used as a cosplay prop too.I'll list the information of the file underneath;

-1039.65mm total length-214mm hand gap for 2 handed wielding with gloves-21mm hex nut slots in the grip for added weight if wanted-Includes some shorter blade sections to reduce the length if you want-Print the star with pin holes instead of the other star if you want the best quality on the main face of the star (pins aren't needed for the star.stl version)-Assembly is very simple if you start from the tip of the blade and work down adding a pin before sandwiching the next 2 parts together so the pin is stuck
