This is a 3D printable lattice stress ball designed for flexible materials such as TPU (Shore 95A recommended). The geodesic frame structure provides a firm but squeezable grip, making it suitable both as a stress relief toy and a light hand grip trainer.
Features:
Procedural lattice sphere structure (clean geometry, optimized for FDM printing)
Diameter: scalable (recommended 60–80 mm for best squeeze feel)
Frame thickness: ~3.5 mm (balanced between durability and flexibility)
Designed for TPU or other flexible filaments (Shore 90A–95A tested)
Printable in two halves (hemisphere split) for easier assembly and air-sealed squeeze effect
Applications:
Stress relief ball / fidget toy
Hand grip trainer (light to medium resistance)
Showcase of TPU printing capability (functional demo print)
Educational or decorative geometric object
Files Included:
.STL (ready to print)
.OBJ (for editing/customization)
Blender source file (GeoNodes setup, optional)
