Files for a Knight Moralis cosplay from the Manga series: Witch Hat Atelier. Includes both the fancy hat tip and the plain hat tip. Also includes the file for the cloak clasp (not actually a clasp). The hat itself can be loaded into a program like pepakura to make a flat pattern.
