These blades were modelled after uzui tengen's nichirin cleavers from the demon slayer anime. Its modelled to build and assemble like real katanas so i planned for tolerances between the parts to make them fit together nicely.The whole thing will be about 1 meter long.

Theres a printable chain included. It fits on a 20x20cm buildplate so it should be good for everyone to print.You will need supports for the print.

The rendered images are a combination of the reference images i gathered, so the colors are pretty accurate if you want to use that as a guide for choosing your paints.For the handle wrapping i recommend buying some real cord (off amazon or others) and watching a 2min video to learn how to wrap it.

I believe everyone should be able to cut models so they fit their printers because only then can you maximize your own print volume.For the cutting i recommend using microsoft 3d builder since its free and very easy to use.Another free option would be meshmixer.
