Here is Emma Stone 3D printing ready model from Oscars 2017. Texture is photorealistic, but still I tried to keep skin tones unified for the best multicolor printing quality. There are no areas particularly thin, so you shouldn't have any problems with scaling this down. I created the model in ZBrush, Mudbox and Photoshop
